Our Mission
TRAIN | MULTIPLY | MOBILISE
Our mission is to build a global movement of church planting and leadership development that brings revival to the church and awakening to the world.
We lead RHEMA UK & Ireland to train leaders to make disciples of the nations.
We lead His Life Church in South London with the vision to multiply churches in the UK & Ireland.
We minister in bible schools, churches and conference globally to mobilise the church in prayer and purpose.
Our Story
Between us we have been serving in the church in one way or another for a long time...
We are both graduates of RHEMA Bible Training College (Toby in the USA and Michele in the UK) and Toby holds an MSc in Leadership. In 2020 we planted His Life Church and in 2022 we had the privilege of starting to lead Rhema UK & Ireland all while working full time. Praise God from April 2024 this changed as we took a step of faith into full-time ministry.
Outside of ministry we have 3 kids and a golden doodle helpfully wakes us up for coffee every morning...
Our Beliefs
At Aletheia, we believe that the Word of God and the move of the Holy Spirit are essential in the life of every believer.
We believe that the UK and Ireland are part of God's strategic plan for the end times.
We believe that developing leaders is essential to fulfilling the great commission.
We believe that humility is a cornerstone of effective life and ministry.
We believe in the power of partnership, because none of us can do it on our own.
