About Aletheia Ministries
Our Mission
Our mission is to build a global movement of church planting and leadership development.
We achieve this mission through leading His Life Church and Rhema UK & Ireland; where we plant churches, run Rhema Bible College UK & Ireland, train leaders in church planting, host the Ignite the Day Podcast; run Ignite events, write the Leading Like Jesus blog and much more.
Toby also consults on leadership, strategy and team building and has recently resigned as a Board Director in Healthcare to focus on ministry.
Our Story
Between us we have been serving in the church in one way or another for a long time...
We are both graduates of Rhema Bible Training College (Toby in the USA and Michele in the UK) and Toby holds an MSc in Leadership. In 2020 we planted His Life Church and in 2022 we had the privilege of starting to lead Rhema UK & Ireland all while working full time. Praise God from April 2024 this changes as we take a step of faith into the next season of life and ministry.
Outside of church and work we have 3 kids and a golden doodle helpfully wakes us up for coffee every morning...
Our Beliefs
At Aletheia Ministries, we believe that the Word of God and the move of the Holy Spirit are essential in the life of every believer.
We believe that the UK and Ireland are part of God's strategic plan for the end times.
We believe that developing leaders is essential to fulfilling the great commission.
We believe that humility is a cornerstone of effective life and ministry.
We believe in the power of partnership, because none of us can do it on our own.
