Our mission is to train believers and develop leaders in the body of Christ so that the church can mature and the nations be reached.
We achieve this mission through leading His Life Church and Rhema UK & Ireland; hosting the Leading Like Jesus Podcast and the Ignite the Day Podcast (launching soon); the Leading Like Jesus blog; Toby also

Between us we have been serving in the church in one way or another for a long time...
We are both graduates of Rhema Bible Training College (Toby in the USA and Michele in the UK) and Toby holds an MSc in Leadership. In 2020 we planted His Life Church and in 2022 we had the privilege of starting to lead Rhema UK & Ireland all while workin

We are both graduates of Rhema Bible Training College (Toby in the USA and Michele in the UK) and Toby holds an MSc in Leadership. In 2020 we planted His Life Church and in 2022 we had the privilege of starting to lead Rhema UK & Ireland all while working full time. Praise God from April 2024 this changes as we take a step of faith into the next season of life and ministry.
Outside of church and work we have 3 kids and a golden doodle helpfully wakes us up for coffee every morning...
